Data which is collected automatically:

  • web browser type and version.
  • Users’ IPs which is not stored, but used to deriving non-identifiable items of information, such as your approximate geographic location.
  • Randomly assigned unique identifier of the extension – Unique ID, which doesn’t however allow us to identify the user.
  • the URLs that have been viewed by our users, but on an anonymized basis, such that we do not know which user accessed which domain (we also aggregate this information on an approximately monthly basis). We do this to monitor, support and optimize our Safe Browsing services.

Informtion use

  • Web browser type and version are used to provide, enable and enhance operation of our Services and to get statistical information about user experience.
  • IP address is used to derive non-identifiable items of information, such as your approximate geographic location.
  • Unique ID is collected in order to provide, enable and enhance operation of our Services and to get statistical information about user experience.

What Infomration is shared

Company does not sell or rent your personal data to any third parties. We do, however, need to share your non-personal data to run our everyday business. We share your non-personal data with our affiliates and third-party service providers for everyday business purposes, including to:
  • Detect and suggest to close malware websites; and
  • Sell and market our products and services;
  • Analytics and Traffic Intelligence
We may share your personal data when appropriate or necessary to respond to legal process, including lawful:
  • We may share your information, in the event of a corporate transaction (e.g. sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation or asset sale).
